How many of you have played around with AUX out VRMS?
Here are my findings after shifting from 2VRMS to 1VRMS:
• The volume doesn’t feel as loud, allowing for better volume control at a more comfortable level.
• Although sound quality (SQ) isn’t the main focus here, I’ve noticed that with the reduction in loudness, high-pitched sounds are much more pleasant to listen to.
• Bass is more audible, and I can feel the thump more due to the reduced AUX out loudness. This also results in the subwoofer syncing better with the main speakers. When I lower the VRMS, I notice an increase in bass presence at the same volume level.
Please share your experiences if you’ve tried this! If not, give it a shot and let us know what you think.
