Change power cord to the Ultra

How can that be?
I see no logic in these claims about power cables. I am still waiting to see a good explanation and not just feelings.

Power cords can make an audible difference and it seems that's due to filtering of injected/induced RFI/EMI. The issue may depend on locality (mains RFI noise) and interference from nearby RFI/EMI sources. Not every case benefits from a filtered cord, others do. I have none, but I do have a competent power line conditioner.

Edit: typo.

Yes. If you have a lot of noise and badly designed analog circuits and power supplies you may get audibly noise from the environment added to the analog signal. That was the case 50 years ago, not so much nowadays.
For digital audio it cannot change anything except if it is so bad as it alters the bits and in that case the CPU will also fail.

IYO (In Your Opinion)… :) And… it is not audible noise… it’s intermodulation effects.
