Had a mooch around and can't find anything relevant.... Anyone got a AudioQuest Forest Digital Coaxial 1.5m cable? Just bought one for my Ultra and vibelink amp, no sound from main speakers... I've plugged the cable in to the single RCA next to trigger wire, plugged into the amp and set the output to coaxial... I get nothing from the main speakers, just hear the sub thudding away. Anyone got any suggestions?

If you are using a trigger cable between your Ultra and Vibelink, it will power up on the Coax input from now on, so you won't need to select it each time.
Another problem possibly..... Amp and ultra sat doing nothing but powered on, after a few minutes the ultras screen shows Bluetooth icon, checked the app and it's changed the input
This didn't happen using regular RCA cables...

Please check the Bluetooth settings on your phone - the Ultra may be connected to the phone. If this is the case, unpair the phone.
Good shout! My phone wasn't paired but my tablet was! The next obvious question is why does this happen? My soundbar is paired with my phone but never connects until switch to Bluetooth on the soundbar. Surely the ultra should act the same?
If the Ultra is paired to a tablet, Ultra will automatically switch to Bluetooth input and output the tablet's audio when you play audio (e.g., YouTube) on the tablet.
(However, I think that if the connection was manually disconnected using the tablet's Bluetooth settings, the connection was not automatically reconnected.)
If you do'nt want to use Bluetooth input on the Ultra, unpair all.
Or you can hide unwanted inputs in the input management on the WiiM app browse screen.
Not that I really use the function tbh but you are saying each time you want to send something via Bluetooth you need to pair it each time, or the ultra will automatically default to Bluetooth if it remains paied? That is completely mad on many levels! Why can't it connect when the user selects Bluetooth input like most other devices I've come across?
Edit... This behaviour never happened when I was using line in, right up to this afternoon until I connected the coaxial cable..
I may have explained it not good.
Here is an example of pairing the Ultra with a tablet.
When you switch the Ultra's input to Bluetooth, the tablet auto connects to the Ultra.
When you start streaming on the Ultra, it auto switches to Wi-Fi. At this time, the connection between Ultra and the tablet is maintained. Therefore, if you pause Ultra streaming and play YouTube on the tablet, the Ultra's input will auto switch to Bluetooth and the YouTube audio will be played from the Ultra.
If you want to prevent the Ultra from auto switching to Bluetooth input, you must disconnect Bluetooth after you stop playing YouTube on the tablet. If you disconnect the Bluetooth connection to the Ultra on the tablet, the input will not switch automatically.
The behavior depends on the input currently used.

and it's still mad lol why does it default to Bluetooth and why can't something be paired to the ultra when not using Bluetooth, like a soundbar? Also as I mentioned in the last post this didn't happen when using line in, RCA cables just when I started to use coaxial RCA. Think I paired my tablet to the ultra a few months ago when I got it, never used it since..Not used Bluetooth since I got my ultra, I paired the tablet when the ultra arrived, brief test not used Bluetooth since and the tablet remained paired to the ultra..
Pairing and connecting are different.
Once paired with a tablet, the device (Ultra) remains paired until you manually unpair it.
This is similar to pairing a phone with Bluetooth headphone.
The Bluetooth connection between the Ultra and the tablet is not disconnected and is maintained even if you switch the Ultra's input to Wi-Fi.
If the connection to Ultra is disconnected in the tablet's Bluetooth settings, automatic input switching will not take place.
(If you use Bluetooth occasionally, you don't need to unpair every time.)
