EQ Switches on without input

I don't use the EQ and prefer it switched off but every time I come back to using the WiiM Ultra I find the EQ has turned on without any input by myself.

Is this a known issue?

Not that I’ve seen mentioned. Power off your ultra and turn it back on again to see if that helps. If not, raise a ticket to WiiM via the more/feedback section in the WiiM home app so they can inspect your device logs.

Thanks, I'll give it a go, it's no hassle switching it off but it is annoying

Also remember that not only the individual filter settings are stored per input. The on/off state can (and must) also be toggled and saved per input.

I think that may have been the issue, I didn't realise you had to set it for each input independently.

I'll see how it is over the next 24hrs.

I did set up smart presets with different EQs but because I couldn't rename them I don't use them.
