Hello,
Beginning about 4 to 6 weeks ago (kind of guessing there...) every single time I play music within a half hour at the longest I get a complete interruption and it stops playing. When I go back to my phone to hit the play button, a different song on the album or playlist That I was listening to is queued up to play. So when I hit play the song I was listening to that crash isn't even the one that comes up. Even more oddly the song that is queued up to play is often midstream or somewhere well after the beginning of that song not within that song not the one I was listening to before.

I read a somewhat similar issue on this forum and the advice was to delete cash and all that uninstall the Android app and to do a factory reset of the WEM device itself I did all that and it still happens all the time I've had this unit for over a year never happened once and now starting about 2 months ago it happens all the time

Did you send feedback to WiiM (WiiM Home app=> More => Send us feedback)?

You should do that immediately after the problem occurs. Not only can you describe the problem and add screenshots (if that helps), but also device logs will be send along, so WiiM can directly analyse them.

While you should do this in any case, there are some more things you could try. The problem could also be related to the streaming service itself. Sometimes it is helpful to log out of your Amazon Music account within the WiiM Home app and log in again later.
