I have 6 x zones using wiim pro plus via a NAD amp
I didn’t want to use up 6 x plug sockets so I found a 6 way USB C splitter power supply; ensuring it was adequately powered for all wiims.
I noticed I had a constant his on at least 4 zones. I swapped the phono cables and the issue persisted.
I then swapped the usb-c cable from the USB C splitter power supply for its own USB plug that came with with the WiiMs and the hissing appears to have stopped at first glance (only just swapped them)
Why would the usb splitter PSU cause a hiss?
