How to unpair the WiiM?

So, I just got a set of Phonak Hearing Aids.

I paired them with my WiiM Ultra, but it cuts the Optical output to my speakers (which I don't want it to do).

The Aids have no way of turning off the pairing.

So is there a way of unpairing the WiiM?

That's what I have to do. But next time I switch on, it pairs with the Aids again, and switches off the optical. It seems like once you've added a BT device, you can't remove it.

You can "Forget This Device" from the list of paired devices in "Audio Output" Bluetooth settings.
