iOS Shortcuts - Scriptable & API

Hey there,

Just wanted to share something I made in a couple of hours. Might be useful to others too. It’s not perfect, but works most of the time.

Here’s a demo:

It uses iOS Shortcuts with Scriptable and the local WiiM HTTP API. The Scriptable code can be found in the attached Archive.zip file.

Very cool! Too bad that Wiim doesn't support shortcuts directly.

Yay, that's awesome, great! I do need to use a shortcut to automatically select digital in, as the auto detection doesn't work unfortunately.

I hope you’ll add an API to turn ON or OFF the device (for those who use triggers to turn on or off other equipment).

Replace getStausEx with getStatusEx

Hey, I’m sorry but I already deleted those shortcuts and scripts. The delay was a bit too much for it to be really useful for me. It just uses the local WiiM API.

The Scriptable (app) scripts are still available through the Archive.zip file. You just have to run those scripts using iOS Shortcuts.

I use a-shell for other things but did not think of this. I’ll try this out.
