I am having an issue where the WiiM pro is cutting out intermittently only on line in. I’ve tried taking the WiiM out of the system and get no cut outs so I know the issue is with the device. I have toggled all auto sensing features off cues off room correction off and still continue to have issues.

What device is connected to the Pro's Line-in? Does the same issue occur when connecting other devices?

I have a record player to a mini phono amp to the WiiM pro then a stereo receiver out

If there are any troubleshooting steps you haven't yet tried, please do so.

- Reboot the Pro (disconnect the power cable)
- Replace RCA cable
- Connect a device other than the record player to verify operation

If doesn't solve, I recommend submitting a ticket via the WiiM app's feedback section.
(Other > Feedback)

Device logs will be sent, which will assist in resolving the issue.

I’ve tried all that, including reaching out to WiiM support and they haven’t been able to help me. This feels very frustrating, and I’ve had issues with WiiM support in the past.

Have you already tried switching the Pro's line-in resolution?

Is your amplifier a Sony STR-DH190?

Could you connect the turntable to the Sony and connect the Sony's headphone output to the Pro's line-in for a test run?

Is that a TV aerial cable on top of the Pro?

Have you already tried moving the Pro to a different location and changing the power adapter (charging adapter)?

No, that’s a Nintendo Wii IR receiver. I am using a Sony. STRDH-790. I have tried changing around the resolution. I believe I’ve tried it in every resolution configuration and still I’m having the issue. I will try the headphone. Port in a little bit.

The Pro may experience such issues when the power received from the power adapter is unstable. As the adapter itself may be faulty, please try other adapter rated at 5V/2A or higher.
