Any stutter on Bluetooth transmit?
It does whatever the app does. I’ll give it a spin when I get upSo, does it show metadata updates, eg. Radio Paradise track changes?
My Ultra arrived a day early. Here is a picture of the phono ground. It's not a screw. It's a mini banana plug. Very simple.

Standard USA Amazon orderMay I ask how you’ve got it so early? Well done, by the way.
What do your silver ears have to say about The Nines? (+ the overall experience)About me: not an audiophile nor do I have golden ears.
My system is very basic: Klipsch "The Nines"
Hi, I first tried the interactive mellow mix from LMS and didn’t get artwork on the screen, but on checking LMS it didn’t either - must be a glitch with that stream. Switched to the main mix and what LMS showed in terms of artwork and track info was shown on the screen, but that threw up a bug in the iOS app which still had no artwork so I’ve submitted a ticket for that. So basically the screen is performing better than the iOS appSo, does it show metadata updates, eg. Radio Paradise track changes?
Yeah, iirc it just had vague device usability improvements and the usual “general enhancements and bug fixes”There is also a newer FW but I'm not sure if it's a beta or an official one.
Not a function I’d normally use, but I hooked up a small BT speaker I had lying around (Veho MR-7) and am playing Greatest Hits Radio for my usual morning dose of Popmaster and Ken Bruce via LMS to the Ultra and then the speaker. All going swimmingly so far with no hiccupsAnother - any stutter on bt transmit (which plagued the Wiim Pro)?
ah... subjective! ..interesting ;-)Looking forward to the USB Audio out beta firmware for the Ultra - it’s been working well on the Amp and even I think it sounds “better” but couldn’t quantify it beyond that
As a Linton user I would advice to keep them. I guess the next step up would be the Mofi 888.What do your silver ears have to say about The Nines? (+ the overall experience)
I could see myself switch to those at some point.
I’m not one for the flowery “it’s as if a veil was lifted” type of commentah... subjective! ..interesting ;-)
coward!!!I’m not one for the flowery “it’s as if a veil was lifted” type of comment
Surely it was a "night and day" difference thoughI’m not one for the flowery “it’s as if a veil was lifted” type of comment
I felt as though the orchestra was in the room with me, which given it’s only 4x5m was a bit of a squeezeSurely it was a "night and day" difference though
After all, as long as everything is transparent what is not to like?I felt as though the orchestra was in the room with me, which given it’s only 4x5m was a bit of a squeeze
