I own WiiM Ultra for six months approximately. Everything was fine untill today. I have Tidal subscription, use it through the WiiM Home app. Although the app shows that the music is playing, there is no sound coming from the speakers.
I attempted to switch the input sources to HDMI ARC and USB, but the issue persisted. I then unplugged the device for a few minutes and restarted it. During the boot process, I heard a loud buzzing sound from both speakers that lasted for several seconds.
After that, I performed a factory reset. The buzzing sound was present during the entire reset process. Despite the reset, there is still no audio output—only the buzzing noise. I opened ticket but wanted to know whether is this known problem. WiiM Home App Version is 3.4.8 and Firmware Version is 5.2.739061
RCA cables are good, already checked, amp is also ok, tried few line ports.
Appreciate your help.

Hi

I'm sorry to hear your Ultra is no longer working properly. I haven't heard of such an issue before. I hope @WiiM Support can address this promptly.

Btw, can you test any output other than RCA?

Hi Wiimer,

I have no other connection options available except for the RCA output. I should also mention that I have tested the headphone output as well, but with no success, same issue persists.
Cheers

Have there been any changes to the power setup in your room recently? For example, did you install any new appliances?

It might also be worth trying to connect the Ultra's power supply to an outlet in another room to test it. (Sorry, I'm not an expert, so I'm not confident I can give proper advice.)

No changes, all other devices like amp, cd player, preamp and turntable are running properly. Photo attached
