No sound

All I want to do is run music through my phone to my speakers. It has worked before but I can’t get it to play now.

My phones Bluetooth settings show I am connected to the WiiM. I have a wire in the back of my amp from the cd port to the aux out port of the WiiM.

The WiiM app shows aux out is checked.

When I switch my phones setting to connect to the WiiM through Bluetooth the sound will not play on my phone. When I take to bt connection off I can hear on my phone directly.

Sorry you are correct. Just changed it on the back of the WiiM to aux in and same thing. No sound. I fixed my question above

2) Audio input screen of the WiiM app

Also, can you tell us what you are playing on your phone?

Unfortunately I don't understand what you are attempting. Are you trying to play the CD input to your phone?

It still doesn't make any sense. Surely you want the WiiM output connected to the Amp input.

Unfortunately I don't understand what you are attempting. Are you trying to play the CD input to your phone?

I think the OP is connecting the Mini's Aux Out to the amp's CD input port. No problem.

Your cable should be going to the WiiM Aux Out.

Ok just changed tuner cables to go into WiiM aux out. Same problem.

There appears to be something to check in Audio settings. (A purple dot is shown.)

Ok just changed tuner cables to go into WiiM aux out. Same problem.

Presumably this tuner is also an amplifier. You need WiiM Aux out to Amplifier input. If that doesn't work try increasing the volume.

I just viewed the settings like mentioned above and that seemed to solve the issue
