Phono pops when switching house lights

Hi All,
I’m having this issue since day one but didn’t find a solution or don’t know if it happens to anyone else.
I really like the phono stage in the Ultra but if any light (or electrical appliance) is turned on or off or even the door bell rings, I hear loud “pops” in the speakers. (Connection always includes ground)
If I connect the turntable to my Marantz amp phono input, this doesn’t happen even once.
I’ve changed the ultra and turntable to another independent AC circuit on the house but still happens.
Is this some kind of ground loop? It is not buzzing or high frequency noise, just “pops”.

Maybe a solution is avoiding using lights or appliances when playing records 🤣 but the family don’t like this method

If you’re in the UK, that’s a consequence of our wiring system. How old is the Marantz? It’s likely that if it is quite old, it will have some filtering on the input side of the transformer, eliminating glitches. I find that I get the noise of my arm on my B&O 6000 being driven back into stop position coming through. As you say, otherwise the phone stage is very good. You could try a mains filter plug.

I'm located in Madrid, recent construction rented flat (no major electrical upgrades could be made to the wiring), but the noise appears only with the Wiim Ultra, on the other hand the Marantz PM6007 seems to be filtering the pops like a champ! But I wanted to try the Wiim Ultra phono preamp, It's a shame that using the Wiim this pops appear (tried with a Dual 1225 TT, a brand new Audio technica LP140X, different RCAs).
@cooky560 I'll check with the owner of this flat about the wiring check (y)
@Bigredbus I'll also look for a dedicated AC filter to plug the source devices (TT and Wiim Ultra), maybe that's an option. (already tried a Surge/RFI/EMI filter power strip with no luck)
