Pro+ symbol not showing up in home app

Since the last update the Wiim Pro+ symbol doesn’t show up anymore as a device option in Spotify.
The only options I get now are Airplay and Bluetooth. See attached.

I play Spotify via WiFi only.
I usually start the home app and the Pro+ first and then go via the Browse option to Spotify. But I tried it in different ways, and also restarted everything. The home app is up to date, so is Spotify and the iPhone OS.

What’s going on here?

Have you tried logging out and re-logging in the Spotify app, or reinstalling the Spotify app?

Also, open Spotify's app management screen in your browser and check to see if WiiM is on the list.

Probably a silly question, but is the device your Spotify app is on and the WiiM connected to the same WiFi network? I only ask as I don't see a WiFi icon on your iPhone screenshot.

I logged in and out of Spotify and restarted everything yesterday, and made sure everything was on the same WiFi network.
The Pro+ still didn’t show up.

But this morning, magically, the Pro+ and all Minis show up again. I didn’t change anything. The only thing I did last night was disconnecting the VPN as it caused some browser issues. So I have to assume that the VPN is what prevented the devices to show up. Weird though, as I had the VPN on before, for quiet some time, without any issues.

I’ll observe some more…

Does indeed sound like a network issue, as I suspected. Pleased to hear you got it fixed.
