Standby screen force on

Standby screen to be forced on when timeout set.....whether main wallpaper screen turned on or off......I like the screen to only come on when I change volume or change track .......but want the standby screen to come on so my clock illuminates when I'm not playing music on the streamer.

I'm not sure, but if you toggle the screen settings like this, won't it work as you expect?
