Still Crackling with spdif

-I am connecting the Wiim Pro to the computer through optical spdif for room correction.-I have to use the lowest speed 44.1kHz 16bits because WiiM pro is not able to provide a fixed output with a higher speed or sampling. It can only go down . I believe that an option to force one spdif output whatever it is would be great. WiiM pro should be able to upsample.
-It might also solve the crackling issue that has come back in the later release. This crackling between tracks or radio channel is boring. Once The radio channel is chosen it doesn't crackle anymore.
-How to downgrade the firmware ?

You can’t downgrade the firmware yourself, but WiiM may be able to.

Submit a ticket when the crackling etc happens so WiiM can inspect your device logs.

Yes I experience the SPDIF input crackling too on firmware 4.8.520133. Previously I would experience audio drop outs on the SPDIF input. Those have gone now but instead I get occasional crackling.
