Sub out turns off random

I have WIIM ultra and sometimes i see that sub out changes from on to off, i try to turn off from electricity but i can not to find when this button changes state. Anyone has same issue?

Hi,
Have you disabled the subwoofer in the preset? If you are using presets, please check them all.

Good point, i have preset 1 there is sub out ON
And i have preset 3 there is sub out OFF

When i press 1 all good, after press 3 sub out changes to off and later when i press 1 still sub out is OFF

I was unable to reproduce the issue on my Ultra. Pressing Preset 3 turns the sub off, and pressing Preset 1 turns it on.

Please delete the presets and re-register them again.
