Hi,
I own a Vibelink, a WIIM Ultra, and a WIIM Amp Pro. I use the Pro for the office with two bookshelf speakers.
Now I wanted to test how it would work if I used the Pro as a second amp in the living room with the Vibelink and the Ultra, to see if the larger speakers would be better played with two amplifiers.
To do this, I used the wiring shown in the diagram. With the Pro, it only worked when it was switched from the RCA input to WiFi.
The sound was much fuller than playing the Ultra with just the Vibelink.
Now my question: would it work as shown in my diagram, with two Vibelink amps and the Ultra?
Thank you very much.

Are you trying to use the Vibelink’s as Monoblocks?

I don't see any advantage in this setup if you use one Vibelink for the left and one Vibelink for the right channel. The output power will be the same because it doesn't change the output power per channel. So 2x 120W with one Vibelink will be the same as 1x 120W from the first Vibelink plus 1x 120W from the second Vibelink.

Yes, only analog red to the first vibelink - analog left black go to second vibelink
I think you're answering how you described you would connect them if you were to get a 2nd vibelink.

You wrote that you have a (single) vibelink and thought it didn't sound as full as the amp pro.
I find the vibelink sound to be flat using analog input, but great using digital.
Have you tried the ultra optical out into the single vibelink? How does that sound?
tbh, like others here I can't see how using two vibelinks would be any better than using one.
