I read on another forum that Wiim have incorporated calibration for the Umik-1 mic into Room Correction. Is that actually the case and is it possible work the WiimAmp?

Yes. There is an option in the Room Correction settings to add calibration files.

Thank you for the reply. Showing my lack of knowledge, how do I get the calibration file onto the Wiim and do I connect the mic to the unit or another device?

Basically you need to put the calibration file on the same mobile/tablet where you installed the WiiM Home app, and connect your UMIK to the same device. Then you get the option to add the calibration file under Room Correction settings.

Download the calibration file to your phone. You only see the option to import the calibration file after the mic is connected to your phone.
