What are you listening to?

Country does not find very often the way to my stereo, especially the gooey songs.
One of a few exceptions is this record. The harmony of these three voices gets me every time. For long!IMG_1447.jpeg

Unfortunately not all the tracks are now available on Qobuz some are marked 'unavailable' or 'extract' - time to re-rip the CD...

Next headphone day. Faced some trouble with my internet for this side. My IT detectives found the reason and we will strike back 😎
As usual good choices @Maurizio
One of my many favorite singers is Robert Plant. There was a life after Zepp!
The duets with Alison Krauss are also worth a reminder!

Nice Shot!! ;) I didn't know Robert Plant & Alison Krauss had made an album together. I like both, so I'm curious to listen to this album. 😊

@Maurizio
Dean Martin, of course. Another Italian American. That's amore 😉
I remember when I saw together with my son the old films with Dean and Jerry Lewis. Great goofy family entertainment. No problems, idyllic world. Times have changed..

Mhhhhh.....today I agree with you about too many things. This worries me.🤔 I too saw those films and, at the time, they were funny.;)

Grass widower (does it exist in English?) And no stereo 🥲
Headphone evening with some "easy" 20th century classic.

Released today. Screenshot is AppleMusic, but of course available on all services.

This morning I'm in the mood of some great classic, more or less. I'll start with an album which indeed is not really a classic but, I think, rather unknown. It's a very soft album and it's a good to start. Qobuz says about this album "remains to this day cruelly underrated. " "is a delightful rock album, very delicate and soft for the most part, tinged by blues and soul "
Here it is

And now the real "Classics"

Good day everyone ;)

Excited by an interview with this French cellist in German TV yesterday.
She recorded her Chopin Project on 3 records. The one I've heard already this morning is pure Chopin (where can you find the complete chamber music of a composer on one single record? 😉), the other two contain transcriptions.
She plays on a Stradivari cello which belonged to a friend of Chopin. Beautiful.

Nice place here to be alone 😂
Another male voice we should not forget to mention. Two complete live recordings from January 12 & 14 in 1973.
"New" released today.
