C'mon, give us a WiiM Amp Ultra already.
- larger screen with proper navigation of playlists
- finetuned phono preamp
- optional "direct" mode for the analog inputs so they don't get digitized, but sent directly to the amp circuit
- make the phono preamp switchable so it can be changed to a 2nd line input, allowing the use of an external phono preamp
- USB C port for connecting it's internal DAC directly to a computer, tablet or smartphone
- Slap in some Hypex or 3E audio Class D amplifier module
- Airplay?

I would love to see some small speakers with Wiim technology "build in" to place those in rooms where is no need for a bigger system and to avoid double cabling/power to feed the receiver, amp and speakers.
Something like a Google Nest or Nest Mini in kind of size - maybe with an additional physical in/Out Like the Wiim Mini... Or in other words: The Wiim Mini with some speaker on top would be dope and i wouldnt hestiate to replace my Nest Audios for sure.
I also heard of the AudioPro cooperation - but even the A15 is kinda big and a touch "too much" for some cases - and the Wiim Editions are barely hard to find, at least in Europe.

Compact CD transport with software access to Musicbrainz database

The "transport" should then be via the LinkPlay (WiiM) network connection in addition to USB and S/PDIF outputs.
The CD player shall be a real WiiM device but with software for CD metadata lookup and ripping instead of the streaming part.
Control shall of course be via the WiiM Home App including the us of the metadata for album art display and track selection.

A kind of WiiM Ultra Evolution or WiiM Deluxe (suggestions for name
)
The base would be the features of WiiM Ultra but with the following add-ons / upgrades:
- A screen of 8.8" 1920x480 resolution (an HDMI video out option would also be a good thing or an alternative), implementing vu-meter costumization, more screen options / costumization; new
- Two sets of analog line-out outputs: both configured independently as fixed or variable; new
- a very good headphone amp; upgrade
- an even better internal DAC; upgrade
- very good external power supply (if possible option for linear PS); upgrade
- 2 line-in inputs + 1 better phono input (alternatively 2 or 3 line-in inputs); upgrade
- 2 SUB-out: configured as mono or left/right; new
- If possible, an USB-in for using WiiM as DAC; new
- Support for EQ auto-correction based on FIR Filters (option for supplied calibrated microphone); new
