I have had and enjoyed Spotify for years, now have a Wiim amp, and signed for free trials of Amazon music, and Apple music. Not so keen with the UI of either of them really, but.....they are hi res, and sound so much better than Spotify, same price too, if I go with one or other, how about you guys, which is your preferred choice?

Nowadays, the editors don't make different masters for each streaming service (even in the past), so expect to find the same quality from any service, there are still urban legends about...
I would make the choice in relation to direct use from the original app and not by third-party apps. I also would take in count the quality and if not so mainstreaming hints about what to listen.
Also the lyrics management would be definitely a plus.
From all this aspects I would go with Tidal and sometimes change briefly the subscription in order to get possible new suggestions...

Amazon Music, Qobuz or even Tidal - the best you can do for wireless use of Apple Music on the amp is via AirPlay 2 and that converts hi res to lossy 256kbps AAC.

Qobuz is beta testing its Connect mechanism as we speak so you should be able to cast losslessly up to 24/192 with it and the first two I mentioned.

On holiday just now, listening to Amazon on android, sounds great, some songs come up ultra hd? I have a prime account. Also Tidal doing a free trial, may try that when I get home. My buddy has it, says it's great!

You shouldn’t be getting any UHD tracks on Amazon Music Prime, you need an Unlimited subscription for that.

Plus on an android phone , you’ll only be getting UHD local playback up to 24/48, whereas on a WiiM device you’ll get up to 24/192.

For me… Apple Music. I suspect their masters are less processed and they sound superb. Even their AirPlay2 AAC is quite good and AirPlay1 can be achieved with an extra device. I also like their metadata, especially on the Classical app.

I’ve had Apple Music for some time now, which has lossless streaming of almost everything. The only other service I have is SiriusXM for the car, but it also gives me streaming on mobile devices. Compared to Apple Music it’s kinda trash, but it’s good enough to slap on some non-serious-listening background noise. I recently got an Amp Pro and a pair of Paradigm Monitor SE 6000F’s to finally listen to my library on something other than headphones or portable BT speakers. I have no idea what happens to ‘lossless’ between my phone and the speakers, and honestly I don’t really care, because it sounds great to me - best setup I’ve ever had. I’m listening to some old Erasure right now, and that s**t never sounded better.

Anyway, long story short, I’m very happy with Apple Music.

I have had Amazon Unlimited for years, but i abandoned Amazon because became a mess. Tracks HD and not HD inside the same album. A shame. Not to talk about their horrible App.
Now I have Qobuz and Tidal and I’m happy with both of them. I don’t use WiiM Home App to listen to music, but with Qobuz and BubbleUpnP i have 24/192 and gapless
