Why don't newly added albums appear when browsing my Logitech Media Server (LMS) share using WiiM app?

Just read back and I see it is docker on some kind of server with presumably an NVMe OS drive and separate Raid storage

Not 100% what you are looking for but the principles are set out here - https://lyrion.org/getting-started/...-an-lms-application-to-your-container-station

Your docker image needs to be set up to "see" the correct Music folder inside the Docker Compose config file. This should be the same on any hardware.

As this is Lyrion specific and a little unusual - not a NAS - I suggest you post your question here - https://forums.lyrion.org/forum/user-forums/logitech-media-server

Because when I copy new albums to the Music share on the RAID array, LMS is looking at the Music folder on the default drive.
Yes but you said only new music was impacted, meaning there must be some in the current path.

Yes so he'll need to mount an additional volume in the docker container rather than change it, and configure LMS to index both.
I suspect a duplication but if not then yes of course he will.

There was earlier talk of Emby which may or may not be in a Docker. If it is in Docker then it should be pretty similar Compose file.

Please describe EXACTLY what hardware is involved and what OS is running on each and I should be able to answer.
LMS is running in a Docker container, on an Ubuntu server (set up by a friend of mine, as it's out of my knowledge base)

Emby app shows all and any new folders added to the Music folder.

Why do you need to run LMS under docker container in Linux? I recall installing it directly years ago in Linux

You’ll need to get your friend back. He hasn’t set up the Docker container correctly.
