Just turned on my Amp to update to the latest firmware and RP seems fine for me. Have you logged in, or power cycled your device?

Did you check before updating the firmware or after? WiiM just sent me a new firmware which fixed the issue

My amp had been powered off for a while (let’s say I have a surfeit of kit in my one main listening room) so maybe it missed a few intermediate firmware updates although that shouldn’t have mattered. But who knows…

Are the Smart Presets on the Amp the same as they are now on the Ultra? I want a preset for the USB output similar to my Ultra for connecting an external DAC for headphone listening - volume set to max, audio input of any, and subwoofer disabled. I recently bought and returned a Wiim Amp as i wasn't able to disable the subwoofer on USB output
