They’re no longer manufacturing remotes, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say they’re no longer supported. I use my harmony hub and remote on a daily basis and any changes I make to activities are still backed up to the cloud and synced, plus its Alexa features are still operating.

I'm not clear on what has changed but supposedly the Harmony software is no longer supported but the app is. I haven't tried to add any activities in years. I'm very surprised that Logitech dropped the Harmony and Hub products.

That can’t directly control a WiiM device - you need additional kit and I’d say a fair degree of technical skills to get it going, and even then it’s not a complete replacement. I should have clarified. I would only use the remote for TV, satellite box and Firestick operation. With the TV connected to the Wiim; I believe that I can use the universal remote to control the Wiim volume.

My wife only watches Direct TV so she just needs to press a power button, change channels and adjust volume.
