WiiM Amp Ultra

I know I will be shot down here, but I have been using my headphones on the Amp Ultra, connected to the USB using a UGREEN USB to 3.5mm Jack audio adapter external sound card USB DAC, which cost me £9.99 on Amazon. As I live in a flat, this is great for late-night listening to music and films. Maybe it's me, but the above picture never made me feel that you could connect a turntable or headphones as simply as on the Ultra.

No reason to get shot down - people were confused as to why some WiiM devices had USB audio output, particularly the amps, but connecting headphones was the obvious use case.

I love this little unit. I very much like Wiim products and their software is amazing.
I had a pair of old Dynaudio Contour speakers and wanted to build something around them, nothing pretentious, simply something I can have playing music I like most of the day.

I bought Wiim Mini, put it together with Fosi ZD3 and V3 monos. Mostly what I need is streaming, some CDs that I rip to FLAC and listen to from my computer. No TV or anything else, no headphones, no vinyl.

Amp Ultra is actually a perfect device for me, same amp as V3, same DAC as ZD3, streamer included. It actually lets me have an optical in open if I want a cd transport. Has sub out if I ever decide to go that way. The only thing that concerns me is the power supply. I am strongly considering exchanging what I have for Amp Ultra.

Why does the power supply concern you and what do you want to know about it?

I want to know the voltage and amperage range of the power supply so I can understand if the amp implementation can handle my speakers.
