WiiM Home App v3.2.3 Update – Jun 1, 2025

Please review the app update release notes below. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us.

App Release Version
v3.2.3

What's New:

1. [iOS] MMM for Stereo Room Correction (Beta): Support for Moving Microphone Measurement in Stereo Room Correction. Enable this feature in Room Correction settings.
2. Room Correction Enhancements: Evaluate results after editing room correction profile parameters (requires the upcoming firmware update).
3. Qobuz Enhancements:
- Display album release year on the artist page.
- Add a playlists section on the artist page.
4. App Preferences:
- [Android] Option to keep the app screen always on.
- Toggle playback control visibility on the lock screen.

Bug Fixes:

1. [iOS] Qobuz Fix: Resolved issue where My Playlists was empty and fixed various crashes.
2. [Android] Qobuz Fix: Fixed issue with filtering Qobuz favorite tracks and addressed multiple crashes.

For the power usage of the iOS lock screen playback control, our engineers have implemented a new solution to improve efficiency. We're currently comparing the power consumption before and after the change. If results are satisfactory, the improvement will be included in the next app update.

Hopefully you will still have the disable switch in the application aas well for the Lock Screen widget
This does fix the power issues and is useful for those of us not wanting to use this feature 😊

Will there be a similar battery usage efficiency update for the Android version of the app? With version 3.2.2 (and earlier) the lock-screen playback control drained the battery quite quickly.

Hey WiiM Team, one question, may be it was 100 times before, sorry. Can you realise LowPass and HighPass filters for Wiim Home?
Is it technically posible for WiiM Mini and Wiim Pro Plus?
I have both of them and want to set bi-amping in my system using both as two sourses in one group, + two amps, one for highs and mids, one for bass speakers. Thus I can cut-off passive X-overs from speakers.
Overall two WiiMs are better than to buy a miniDSP for example.
LS and HS filters are different and don't give this possibility.

Best regards !

This is a user forum. If you want to ask @WiiM Support directly then use the Feedback option in the WiiM Home App.

You may also refer to Thread 'Crossover with different slopes lowpass and highpass.' https://forum.wiimhome.com/threads/crossover-with-different-slopes-lowpass-and-highpass.7156/

Thank you for the answer, I know this thread, but there are no any answer from WiiM Team, only ideas... I don't think WiiM Team can answer me in PM, but I will try, who knows )).

Hi dominikz,

We're continuing to optimize battery usage and are currently testing power efficiency. Stay tuned for updates!

Hi WiiM Team,
it is great to get such news !! We are waiting for this feature for very very long time and now.. few week more is absolutely ok!
Is it technically possible that WiiM Mini or Pro Plus processors can process lower than -12dB Q-factor? Someties it is needed to setup more rapid filters.
Possibly future updates may be can inculde presetted Butterworth, Linkwitz-Riley, & Bessel Filters... dreams.. ))
