Hi @Steve Woodhouse ,I had all sorts of issues yesterday, though nothing to do with the app. I had an old, first generation Fire TV Cube, and three remotes. It was ‘banging your head against he screen’ time to get a remote to pair with it.
When I finally hit it going, HDMI out from the Cube into the second HDMI in on my Dell monitor, and bingo.
This is pretty much the last piece of the jigsaw for me, apart from allowing custom icons on the custom presets.

I have the app on my TV but nothing listed under devices and I just get the no music selected screen. TV is connected to my WiiM Ultra via the HDMI-Arc cable.
Doesn’t really matter how/if your ultra is connected to your TV. Are you using wired Ethernet on your Ultra? There’s currently an issue with that that WiiM are going to fix
No I am not using wired Ethernet. I usually connect WIIM to WiFi, and I use the Tidal streaming service.
Try power cycling your router (turn it off, wait half a minute then turn it back on) and when it’s back up and running, do the same with your WiiM device. I’d also reboot the fire tv from its menu.

Thank you Burnside and F1 Fan, just got to the bottom of it with your help. Whilst my Wiim Ultra is not connected by ethernet to my router, my firestick was. As soon as I disconnected the ethernet cable to the firestick the App worked perfectly. Don't know why but I was really disappointed that WiiM didn't support this feature, super happy they've added it's so quickly.
I also have a TCL Fire TV.. When I download the app via my phone, it tells me the TCL Fire TV isn't compatible, so won't send it to the TV.Did you select it from a link like this on your phone and choose that tcl fire tv from ‘deliver to’ dropdown menu?
