WIIM pro and QOBUZ connect

I have Qobuz connect running fine on my wiim pro but with a small annoyance. When I pause music for some minutes it drops the connection to Qobuz connect, I then have to re-establish the connection.
I am using the the Quobuz app on android as well as Quobuz web player (using Chrome on a Linux machine). The webplayer doesnt show Quobuz connect as an option after it disconnects and I have to use the android app to re-connect.
Is droping the connection in this way normal? Its very annoying. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Thanks

I am assuming the WiiM Pro just goes into Standby-Mode when not receiving any audio signal for a while. I don't have the Pro, but look out for a Standby setting in the WiiM Home App where you can specify the amount of time for this to happen.

Welcome.
Yes, unfortunately it's normal. Tidal Connect does the same. It's the one reason I sometimes use tidal from within the wiim app.
Not related to pro standby settings.

Thanks, thats a pity, Yes, the WIIM ap is an option but prefer the Qobuz app.
As @Mr Ee pointed out it's a matter of the Qobuz app (and Tidal, probably others too). There's nothing WiiM can do about it.

You'd have to complain with Qobuz ... or use the WiiM Home app integration. It's a workaround. But it's the best WiiM can do about it.

Thanks for that understanding.

I will probably end up using Squeezelite/LMS on the WIIM as that seems perfectly stable. I have been using LMS for years and the LMS/Qobuz plugin is very good, even has some advantages over the Quobuz app. Great having multiple options to stream/control Quobuz.
