WiiM Pro Ethernet light

The Ethernet light on the back of my WiiM pro isn’t lighting up. Is this supposed to be flickering like the lights on the back of a router? I have the unit set to Ethernet and not wifi.

Why would they have a light on the back of the Ethernet port if it doesn’t light up?

I can't answer that, I can only confirm that mine don't light up either!
Maybe it's just a standard part and was too expensive to wire it up...

Thanks for the info. My unit automatically switched to wifi after the latest update so I thought something was wrong.

Where is the Ethernet light?
I don't know where it is

But, I remember seeing the inside of the LAN socket glowing.

EDIT: Verified my pros. Nowhere does it glow.
It seems that I mistook it for another device.
