WiiM pro no lossless

WiiM pro says device not compatible with lossless. Put when I go to my Ultra works fine. On the WIIM pro lossless is grayed out. On the Ultra it is not, I’ve tried everything. It just won’t pass lossless.

Is 'Chord' the name of the WiiM pro?
It is odd that normally the whole screen is greyed out, but only the lossless items are greyed out..

A reboot did the trick. Also, if you rename your device from the stock name, it won’t say losses by it in Spotify . If you leave the stock name Ultra, Wiim pro, Wiim pro+ it will say lossless after.

That is increasingly strange.

I have changed my WiiM name and the problem hasn't happened. Do you have the same problem with 'bedroom' for example?

OK, my bad. I never went back and changed the name back after the reboot. It now reads lossless no matter what I put. Again thanks for your suggestion on the reboot, Wilmer
