WiiM Sound Pre-orders Now Open on Amazon US

The wait is almost over! We're excited to announce that WiiM Sound is now available for pre-order in the United States, with the first batch shipping mid-December.

We know this has been a longer journey than any of us anticipated. If you've been following along, you might already know that the government shutdown delayed our FCC authorization process which has finally been completed. We're thrilled to finally be moving forward and getting WiiM Sound into your hands.

Thank you for your incredible patience and unwavering support throughout this process. The enthusiasm we've seen from this community, from forum discussions to the amazing energy at shows, has kept us motivated every step of the way.

Do You know that WiiM is planning to release something similar to WiiM sound but cheaper and without the screen?
I think a lot of people are interested to do 5.1 (4.1) setup with Dolby Digital sound for movies.
WiiM Sound seems to be really good speaker but I thing it cost to much for this application.

Search @RyanWithWiiM’s comments: you’ll see he recently referred to a screenless WiiM Sound as “rumored but not announced” which doesn’t necessarily confirm there will be such a device.

I’m anxiously awaiting to order the WiiM sound from Amazon US. As a Prime member, I won’t order it until I can get a specific delivery date as package theft is a real issue here…sadly. I want to order when I can be home for the delivery. Right now, Amazon is giving no specific delivery date…

I’m loving the WiiM products I have now.

Amazon is giving a range of dates for delivery, a span of about 3 weeks for my region. They will then notify you via email when it actually ships at which point you can track it as usual, it won't be a surprise delivery.

I see the WiiM Sound wearing white trim is now also available for preorder in the U.S.
Previously I had only seen the black version available until today.
