Yes, when I group the Amp Ultra connected to my Google TV with the WiiM Sound and WiiM Sound Lite, I can adjust the group volume using the TV remote.

Since sound also comes out of the speakers connected to the Ultra, I think it's necessary to ensure the amplifier (or DAC) doesn't turn on. Mute is not an option.
Thanks very much!

No issues with lipsync?

@cmcc, @Burnside,

5.1 Group's stereo playback with WiiM Sound has an audio delay of approximately 150ms. Setting the group delay to 150ms for stable playback results in lip sync like this.
(The sound you hear is from the WiiM Sound in the next room.)

To my ears, the delay is barely noticeable, but it's obviously unsuitable for gaming.

(If you have a Fire TV Stick, you can adjust the lip sync.)

Unfortunately the Stereo Paring is immature but there is hope.

I just got this from WiiM, regarding the missing persistence of stereo grouping.

"The Stereo Group feature will be launching soon—please stay tuned for updates."

Good to hear,hope it’s soon

I saw some mockups of what's planned a little while ago both for stereo pairing and for surround sound setups. I think they'll be pretty great. Once it's all live, we'll keep on listening to feedback and will make adjustments and improvements based on what you all say.
