Hi everyone. The Wii Sub Pro has arrived. I did the first update, and I connected it by simply unplugging the RCA cable from the old subwoofer. It's connected, but I can't hear it. What could it be? Thanks.

We might need a bit more info about your setup!
What's the other end of the rca connected to?

WiiM Amp Pro .
  3. Изберете „Субуфер“ и след това включете „Изход за субуфер“ , за да активирате изхода за субуфер.

Thanks. One end to sub pro and other wiim amp ultra. What have i to check?
Did you pair the WiiM Sub Pro with the WiiM Amp Ultra yet (LED on the Sub Pro lights up continuously) or not (LED on the Sub Pro is flashing)? Pairing is not the same as connecting wirelessly.

When the devices are not paired yet, you will have to manually enable the sub out in the WiiM Amp Ultra's settings.

When the devices are paired, the WiiM Amp Ultra subwoofer settings are completely replaced with one common dialog for both devices.

If the LED is constantly white then the Sub Pro and another devices are paired successfully.

Please post screenshots of the devices tab in the WiiM Home App and of the actual subwoofer settings you see.

Did you use the cable that came with the WiiM Sub Pro?

This might be a silly question, but is the RCA cable plugged into the Amp Ultra’s Sub Out port?
(It’s not plugged into the Line-in, is it?)

Also, have you tested it with a source that includes bass frequencies below 70 Hz?

All right tested. Wiim sub pro is defected and now i resend to seller amazon. I was disappointed because the package is very difficult to remake

Sorry you're having trouble @servit00. I have some other suggestions for tests to help narrow down the problem, but hopefully it's a problem with that unit and not something configuration wise, that way a replacement will have you all taken care of.

If you do have trouble, or anyone else, it'd help to get information on which audio sources you're trying to play, and if you have tested just placing your hand near the woofer to see if it's vibrating at all. Turning up the crossover frequency is good too.

Also, please do submit feedback through the app any time you have trouble, that generates logs that our support and engineering teams go through to identify issues.
