WiiM Ultra and Quobuz skipping

Hi Team,

We identified the root cause of the Qobuz-related issues on WiiM Ultra and applied a fix for users who submitted a feedback ticket. This fix will be included in the official firmware release within the next two days. Thank you once again for your assistance!
Ok progress has been made the cutoffs on both Qobuz and tidal have gone
However now the last 20 seconds has the track jumping back a second 2 or 3 times
Far less annoying than before but still an issue not present on Amazon
I have submitted a new ticket with logs and hopefully the new problem will be sorted as quickly
Many thanks for your rapid response and efforts fixing the issues

Hi WiiM team,
@RyanWithWiim @WiiM Support @WiiM Team
I was unable to fully test the latest update because my Ultra developed a hardware issue (R Line out channel failed). So I have had to take it back to shop and got it replaced. Of course the unit is no longer whitelisted for the bug fixes. I'll update the existing ticket and probably submit a new ticket/device log upload but the device details are;
SSID WiiM Ultra-386A
MAC 54:78:C9:7E:38:6A
UUID FF98F7F492D822F762ADE77B
current f/w 5.2.633165
And the problem with both quobuz and tidal is present on this unit also.

Firmware version 5.2.634552 seems to have fixed the ending of tracks early but now the tracks jump back a second 2 or 3 times in the last 20 seconds but they’re making progress 👍

Don't know if this belongs here, but I have a comparable problem (and ticket submitted) when streaming from the Symfonium app over DLNA. Tracks skip to the next track before ending, and the Symfonium developer looked into the debugging logs and said it was the WiiM doing it. I could only fix it by manually disabling gapless playback, which is a big compromise. Using Google Cast for now, until (hopefully) Plexamp is fully supported. (or this problem is solved ofcourse)

If you are playing FLAC files it might be rather related to this topic:

I will be playing a full 50 track playlist tomorrow morning as a test unsure if this fix is for local libraries though
