Hi,
I just received my WiiM Ultra and I'm having a problem.
I can't connect the Bluetooth output to my Teufel Stereo M2 speakers via Bluetooth input.

Does anyone have any ideas?

For your information, my phone works via Bluetooth on the Stereo M2 speakers.

Edit :
During pairing, when the WiiM announces that it is connected to the Stereo M2, the Stereo M2 remains in pairing mode and does not connect to the WiiM.
I have contacted Teufel Support. Still wainting.

Hi,
I managed to connect the WiiM and the Stereo M2, but I have no sound.
The Teufel app displays an exclamation mark when playing via Bluetooth Out from the WiiM.
I read that the Stereo M2 does not support AptX or AAC.

WiiM devices only support SCC/aac so looks like the M2 isn’t compatible

Hi

Can you confirm that the speaker appears as 'Connected' on the WiiM app's Bluetooth output screen? If it shows 'Not Connected', please tap the device name to connect.

The WiiM Bluetooth codec supports SBC and AAC.

I'm no expert, but if my Android phone connects to the Stereo M2 just fine, that means they're compatible with something, right?

Another question: my Stereo M2 speakers are Google Cast compatible (it works from my Android phone).
Can I send audio from the WiiM via Google Cast to the Stereo M2 speakers?

If I google the speakers, it does suggest the speakers support the sbc /aac codecs (which are really entry level so everything should support them).

I’d suggest you submit a ticket to WiiM to see if they can see anything in your device logs that might indicate what the problem is. Use the more/feedback section in the app to do this.

No, WiiM devices are receivers , not transmitters with the exception of Bluetooth.

Provided the M2 supports either SBC or AAC, there should be no problem. After turning off Bluetooth on your phone, could you please try reconnecting the WiiM and M2?

Additionally, please post a screenshot of the error screen displayed in the M2 app.

As @Burnside said, that won't work. I believe you can achieve multi-room playback by grouping the WiiM and M2 under Google Home.

Well, nothing works.
I reset the Stereo M2, paired it again with the WiiM.
Still the same problem: Stereo M2 is marked as connected to the WiiM but no sound.

For your information, I only have this Bluetooth output problem with the Stereo M2.
It works fine with my Sony headphones and my SoundCast VG7SE speaker.

So, I got a message from Teufel's support team.
They won't be able to help me out.
They don't have a WiiM Ultra to test it out, so if I'm not happy, I'll have to send the speakers back.

Unless WiiM's support team can find a solution, I'll have to decide which product to send back: the speakers or the WiiM.

Have you tried this suggestion?

After turning off Bluetooth on your phone, could you please try reconnecting the WiiM and M2.

If WiiM can connect successfully with other Bluetooth devices, it may be a compatibility issue with the M2.

Yes, i tried.

Is cabling your ultra to the speakers not an option? Bluetooth reproduction isn’t stellar…
Yes, it's possible. But it means changing part of my setup.
But it can be done.
Because, honestly, the sound is really good with this combo.
