WiiM Ultra Bluetooth Out Problem

Hello everyone,
Here is the rest of my story.
Both Teufel and WiiM support have announced that the product is incompatible with Bluetooth.
You don't need to be an engineer to understand that.
Teufel support told me to return the product for a refund.
WiiM support tells me to return the product for a refund.

Gone are the days when support technicians really looked into technical issues.

I understand it's probably not the outcome you were hoping for, but at least both sides seemingly offered an unconditional refund.
