Hi @WiiM Team,

Is the Smart Preset FAQ still out of date and not updated?

It is odd that there is no "continue with current source (or play nothing)" option on the preset settings screen and no item to toggle input.

Or were these features never implemented?

Thank you.

I think part of the issue may be you can only create a preset from content. Plus not having clarity over fixed volume is worrying - does the volume slider override that? And what about volume limit - that’s closely tied to EQ/peq so again is a surprising omission.

Agree.
It would be interesting to see how the input switching was implemented.

Edit: For example, when the input is Optical, will the preset registration button appear on the screen during playback?

I don't think the fixed volume was overridden. So far I have no idea what has been added to the beta version.

Hopefully there will be an explanation from the Team and an updated FAQ.

Roadmap mentions Group selection as part of Smart Presets but no mention in these release notes or in the Smart Preset FAQ. Hope this does come soon, my main hope for Smart Presets was to configure one-click, app-free commands to group/ungroup devices with the remote or Ultra screen

The FAQ for Smart Presets was updated today so what you see is what you get ☹️

Haven’t seen the new Presets. Are Alarm Clocks also updated? It would be nice to allow an Alarm to be set without regard to the Music choice. Example: I may have a unit on WiiM Group or Google Group with volume at zero and may want to increase the volume later at a given time; I cannot do that now with Alarms as it requires a Music source and I do not want to disturb a Google Group playing a Chromecasted source.
