For those reading this post in future, the original firmware release notes mentions a single sentence on replay gain. But a couple of days later there is a "learn more" hyper link added to the sentence and it goes through the details there which is very helpful. I have enabled album gain on Tidal which I think is very useful. These setting use metadata on the track to adjust the volume. There is no modification of the track file or stream itself. Thank you WiiM!

Latest firmware… anyone noticing transmission hicups/audio-cutoof when Ultra is paired/Grouped to another WiiM product?

The Trigger issue resurfaced with this update. When I used Roon the same day as the update, no music was forth coming. I rebooted and all was well.

Today, again ....no music. And after a reboot, still no music, but I heard a "click" indicating the trigger did something. It probably turned off.

I tried rebooting again, and now it works. Hopefully it will continue after the next time out.

There were a few auto upgrades where the trigger worked, but a lot of these firmware upgrades have the "trigger bug."
