WiiM ultra problem since latest updates.

Hi, is anybody else having problems with their WiiM ultra since the latest update. I’m getting a lot of pops/cracks from my speakers when switching tracks. I’m also getting long delays/ slow response controlling the ultra from my phone. Eg. Changing volume and pause/playing.
 
Have you tried power cycling the ultra and deleting the app cache?
 
If you’re on Android, it’ll be under something like settings/ apps/ WiiM home/ storage/ delete cache. If you’re on iOS, I’m afraid it’s an app delete and re-install (note you may lose some app settings, samba shares, maybe favourites…)
 
I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the WiiM app and multiple system reboots. I never had any of these problems until recently. It worked flawlessly.

Best bug reporting it then via the more/feedback section in the app so WiiM can inspect your logs and hopefully identify the root cause.

Don't just reboot. Disconnect the mains power, wait for some 30 seconds or so and reconnect.
