Please try again.I could not connect the remote control to the Wiim Ultta device. Even though I followed all the instructions, the remote control does not connect. I did everything that needed to be done. Are you experiencing this problem?
If you already did everything that needs to be done then - by definition - there's nothing left you could do.I could not connect the remote control to the Wiim Ultta device. I did it. But it still doesn't work. At least 100 times. Maybe the remote control device is faulty. Please try again.
Start pairing with the WiiM app, and when this screen appears, press and hold the "Input Switch" and "Mute" buttons on the remote at the same time.

Did you receive a reply from the support team?I tried many times but it doesn't work.
They wrote standard connection procedures, but it doesn't work.
Maybe a stupid question but are the batteries ok and inserted correctly?I tryed but the remote is not working.Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to change the remote control since I bought it from another country. I live in Istanbul, Turkey
If the remote turns out to be defective, the seller should still replace it (assuming you bought the Ultra new from a commercial vendor).I tryed but the remote is not working.Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to change the remote control since I bought it from another country. If the remote turns out to be defective, the seller should still replace it (assuming you bought the Ultra new from a commercial vendor).I bought a new Wiim Ultra, my remote control also fails to pair. I tried the procedure several times, even with batteries from two different manufacturers, it didn't work. I finally tried it with my mobile phone and tablet, they both found it as bluetooth device but gave "incorrect pin or passkey" error. I asked help from the customer support, they sent the same instructions, I tried and failed again. They finally said they would forward my problem to the engineers but I have not received any response for 6 days. I even sent a reminder mail but again, no response. Wiim's support is disappointing. Even if I bought a cheap Chinese product from Aliexpress, I could receive better support.
It is brand new, bought from a chain store but not from the country I live. I don't know if it is defective or not. Mobile phone and tablet finds it but cannot pair it saying "incorrect pin or passkey error". I cannot know what the problem is or cannot know the definition of this error; manufacturer is supposed to know it.If the remote turns out to be defective, the seller should still replace it (assuming you bought the Ultra new from a commercial vendor).
If for whatever reason that doesn't work out you could (worst case) just order just a new WiiM remote for less then 25 EUR.
This is obviously not a common problem, otherwise you would have found more evidence. It is brand new, bought from a chain store but not from the country I live. What exactly did you try with your mobile phone and tablet? Your phone or tablet don't need a Bluetooth connection to your Ultra. The WiiM Home app - which I assume you did install - communicates with the device through your local network. The Ultra can either connect through Ethernet or Wi-Fi, but your mobile device will need a Wi-Fi connection. In fact, it cannot use Bluetooth to manage your Ultra. Does that work OK?finally tried it with my mobile phone and tablet, they both found it as bluetooth device but gave "incorrect pin or passkey" error.
