Wiim Ultra: USB drive linking to wrong songs

Ok, I've got a lot of songs (+/-100,000) on there and it spent hours making the database,
but often when I search for A, I get the proper album cover but then get B playing back instead..
For some reason, the scan stopped a couple of times over night (I started it again in the morning).

Do I need to rescan everything ?

Rescanned everything, took 10 hours and I left it playing a station so no breaks, but it’s still linking to wrong songs; I select SIA and it plays SIMON AND GARFUNKEL..(most songs are wrong now).

What gives !!??

One potential problem could be the power required by the external USB drive. Is it fed by the Ulra's USB output or does it have its own power supply?

The maximum output current is 1.75 A if I remember correctly, equalling 8.75 W. This limit must not be exceeded at any point in time.

If you browse the server in the Ultra from a third party control point (BubbleUPnP on Android or mConnect Lite on iOS) do you see the same problem? It sounds like the local database (in app) is out of sync with the remote (Ultra).

it’s a 2tb ssd, specs seem ok for power request.

I think i figured it out; i scanned everything from my ipad last night and that database works great.
it’s when I search with my iPhone it doesn’t work..
will do some testing but at least there’s a solution so far ! also, it seems like the artwork is ok on the iPad
