WiiM Ultra + Vibelink dropouts

Hello!

Has anyone encountered the problem of sound disappearing on Vibelink? I am writing about Vibelink because I used Fosi V3 mono, later Yamaha A-S701 and there was no such problem. My problem is that the sound jams for about a second from time to time. The sound just fades - dropout. Sometimes it will play 3 songs without a problem, and sometimes during one song it drops 3-5 times. It's strange and difficult to grasp.

I tried on COAX and on RCA. Here and here it occurs. Is it a problem with electricity? With a power strip? I noticed that when Ultra and Vibelink lie on each other and I touch the housing, it slightly kicks the current. As if there was no grounding.

I reset the Ultra to factory settings, tried other cables, disconnected from Wi-Fi, reset the router and it still happens. I started to recognise it after connecting Vibelink. I have not noticed such a problem with other amplifiers before.

It seems that when connected with an optical cable instead of a coax, there is no such problem... why can this happen? The fault of the cable?

I heard this too when connected with coax ...

I have not noticed this issue when connected via the RCA, or the COAX inputs.

I wonder if it's a problem with Vibelink or Ultra. Probably Vibelink if Ultra worked normally with another amplifier.

Also get constant dropouts from just an ultra when outputting over coax, especially when listening via the HDMI input though also during normal wifi streaming. Had to switch to analog outs which fixed it.

The only time I had coax dropouts was when one end of the cable had come a bit loose.
But I imagine you probably fiddled with the connections while investigating.
