WiiM Ultra Volume knob push not working

I'm having an issue with my WiiM Ultra where the volume knob push function for play/pause has stopped working recently.
I'm not sure if this is related to the latest firmware update. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
 
I never even realised that this was a feature, just tried it and it works fine with my Ultras. Not yet received the latest firmware update, still using the 25 June release.

I had already tried rebooting via "Home > Info > Reboot" before posting this, and tried again after your reply.
I even powered it off for over 30 seconds. However, it's still not working.

After reproducing the issue, please submit a ticket via the feedback section of the WiiM app.

Is the firmware v5.2.723250?
I have not received it yet so can't confirm..

Also, is there anything wrong with the volume knob? Do you hear a clicking sound when you press the knob?

My Info:
Firmware Version: 5. 2. 723250
Build Date: 20250715
No clicking sound when press the knob.
My ultra has remained in the same location where it was first installed. No movement or dropping.

The button part of the knob may have broken. Please inform the support team about it.

My Ultra has received the update and I have checked. There is nothing wrong with the volume knob.

One more question: if you press and hold knob for 3 seconds, does it enter the set-up mode? If not, I still think knob's button is broken.

Please contact the dealer as well.
