No. If your wifi signal is stable, then there'd be no difference imho. And the bandwidth is largely irrelevant for audio as only about 8Mbps is need for hi res audio.

Personally I put this sort of question in the same category as coax v optical, glass v plastic etc ;)

So if it’s in the same category then some will hear a difference, I must say I wasn’t a believer of glass vs plastic for optical but damm me I got a glass cable and heard a difference.. so perhaps the OP if it’s affordable could try a cable instead of Wi-Fi and test what they hear …
 
A good glas shielded Wi-Fi cable should combine the best from both worlds then ...

Unless… the ethernet cable or picks up nasty EMI/RFI.
