Quick question, should I enable EQ / PEQ when my Ultra is connected to my Topping D70 Pro (via USB) and the Topping has the PCM filters enabled?

DAC filters and EQ are different functions; the PEQ (including RC) in the WiiM can be used primarily for room acoustics correction. Regardless of whether you turn the filter on or off, you can decide to use the EQ or not.
