So I have one Signal output that I need to split in-between TV and WiiM. Is there any audio extractor that will give me audio through HDMI with WiiM. Or it's impossible?

Is it audio input or output for the WiiM?

There is no HDMI output on the WiiM and only HDMI ARC input.

I mean I want somehow send audio signal to WiiM with HDMI extractor help, not directly from TV.
Ok. There are many such extractors on the market.

Here is an example of a HDMI to optical (SPDIF) converter.

Note that your TV remote volume control will probably not work with this solution. With a direct ARC connection it will.

You are right. But it's a simple solution and I would like to spare spdif for something else.

WiiM only support HDMI ARC input. HDMI ARC is designed as a return channel from a TV to a soundbar or AV receiver, not as an input from source devices like gaming consoles.

There are however some adapters that should be possible to use. Have a look at this:

Look up part number: TCI-HY40102-11D
