Hi all, I've got a Wiim Pro Plus (I used to run JRiver of a silent PC). From what I understand the analog outs cannot be active at the same time as the digital out. Given that, whats the best way to feed some external subwoofers?
My setup is the following:
WiiM > DAC (via digital out) > Integrated amplifier
I suppose I could splice the analog outs from the DAC to the integrated and run RCAs to the subwoofer amps
Another option is to take speaker level signal to the subwoofer amps given they support speaker level inputs
If I have to I guess I can go back to JRiver and create a secondary zone to drive another audio device but the WiiM is smaller and more tidy. Anyway figured I'd ask if anyone has some ideas and what they've done with the WiiM and subwoofers.
