dear all,
first of all thanks a lot for the job done on hardware, software and customer interaction through this forum
today I got a 2.1 system with my Wiim amp + speaker + subwoofer so hereafter my question :
could we imagine in the future having a 4.1 or 5.1 like system by adding 2 or 3 Audio Pro A10 MKII ( or C10 MKII )
decoding DTS or 5.1 coming from HDMI is something doable ?
I’m sorry, Dave, I’m afraid I can’t do thatJust ask HAL9000 why
He knows..

I don't know why people are so excited for a WIIM portable speaker. I've had one for ages and it was cheap as chips!!wow this is great news, they both seem awesome.. quick question both are 100% wired speakers right? no rechargable battery for outdoor use right? any idea when it would be available for Amazon US?
I’m not fan of portable speakers.I don't know why people are so excited for a WIIM portable speaker. I've had one for ages and it was cheap as chips!!
Same idea with a JBL Charge 3I don't know why people are so excited for a WIIM portable speaker. I've had one for ages and it was cheap as chips!!
I hope too.. these speakers will be available in Europe soon.Well I'm curious when these speakers will be available in Europe as well. The shipping cost now are almost similar to the price
Hi CybergrimesJust got my A10. The “WiiM Edition” is on the boxes and manual. Nothing on the speaker bottom or otherwise. It did include both a US and EU power cord in the box.
RyanWithWiim has already said they’re not the same hardware-wise, and they won’t share the same firmware or have the same feature set.Hi Cybergrimes
Congratulations with the purchase!
I am very curious as to whether there is a difference between this “WIIM” edition and the “normal” A10 MKII. I’m still - without evidence to the contrary - leaning towards these two models being the same…
Hey wimmer..Strictly speaking,
the A10 is not a portable speaker because it does not have a built-in battery.
