Loss of Preset favorites and device output settings

There’s a problem with the Wiim Pro here where there is a sudden loss of favorites presets and in this case the Coax output changing back to 16/48, where it was 24/192 before. No action undertaken, just suddenly changed/disappeared.

Any ideas?

The only time I experienced it was when I reset the Wiim and when I uninstalled the Wiim app.

Yeah, that would be normal. But in this case no one did anything. Tidal has also been logged out. This is the second time it happened. Very frustrating.

It looks like it resets itself.

There may be a problem with your WiiM. When you submit a ticket to support in the app, logs are sent and may help resolve the issue.

By the way, is WiiM always on? Unstable power supply may cause such problems (although there is no certainty).

I can look into that, though I doubt it. It’s on the same power bar as tv, amp, dtv receiver.
